2021 All Calendars are sold and donations made!

Very happy to announce that all 2500 calendars printed for 2021 are all sold! And this little project has raised a total of HK$300,000 for donation to the beneficiary organisations including HKDR, SAA, SPCA and HKhomelessdogs (replacing TNR)! All donations have been made today and more details about the 2021 project will be posted here soon!

Thanks again for all the kind support from the 12 months' paw-parents sponsors, Melissa Tan from @painkink_by_melt for helping me did all the beautiful illustrations, Acumen for sponsoring the paper and saved me lots of costs, Idol Printing for helping me on the professional printing and delivery job, all the corporate sponsors (including Mega Pets, Whiskas N Paws, The Barkyard, Green Common, Megan's Kitchen, Club String, Brown's Tailor, Rock Tone Music as well as Valley Centre and Veterinary Specialty Hospital, and of course all of you who bought this calendar (and many of you Iunderstood have supported this project since 2009 :)). Without your support, my own work don't achieve much.

Hopefully, the beneficiary organisations above will help the doggies-in-need.

Happy Friday all!

TNR Fund HK

Just been informed by TNR Fund HK that they will cease operation by end of this year and will not require distribution of proceeds from our 2021 calendar project.

All proceeds from the 2021 calendar project less only printing costs will be donated and distributed to HKDR, SAA and SPCA.

* all illustrations in the calendar are created and done by Melissa of @Paintinks_by_Melt, a big applause as they added a whole new dimension and mood for the calendar;

* paper of the calendars are wholly sponsored by @AcumenPaper;

* printing done by #Idol Printing at a discounted price and big thanks to their design team in helping me fine tuning everything; and

* commercial sponsors include @MegansKitchen @ClubString @VeterinarySpecialtyHospital @MegaPets @WhiskersnPaws @Barkyard @GreenCommon @ValleyVetCentre @BrownsTailor @RockToneMusic

Like all previous years, only printing costs are deducted from total proceeds and 100% of such net proceeds are donated to @HKDR @SPCA @SAA and @TNRFund to help the doggies in need.

Leave of Absence

Dear supporters of my charity calendar project,

I am touched to receive different messages from friends and beneficiary NGOs asking me about the status of the 2020 calendar. Apologies to inform you all that since Bilu's passing away last October, I have decided to give myself a break for a year. Breathe in new positive energy and breathe out depressing mood and negative energy...will try my best to resume the project next year for the 2021 calendar! In the meantime, a number of the 4 legged friends featured in my calendar have joined Bilu in Rainbow's Bridge this year, including Bubble, Mayo, Dum Dum, Cookie, Ginger & Randy....I miss them all and I hope they are all having fun and running around like crazy in Rainbow Bridge or perhaps, practising under the great Buddha....

At the testing time HK is facing now, wishing all of you and your doggies friends, peace and happiness.

2019 Love Our Dogs Charity Calendar - acknowledgement and receipts from beneficiary organisations

The beneficiary organisations have all received the donations gathered and raised from the 2019 project as shown below. Hope more doggies will benefit from them.

I can now relax and have a beer! :) Thanks for all the kind support again.

2019- LOVE OUR DOGS Charity Calendar Project - REPORT

To all sponsors and supporters of this project, I am pleased to report results of the 2019 project that a total of HK$215,950 was raised. This amount will be ALL donated to HKDR, SAA, SPCA and TNR Fund. Details of this project as shown below.

THANK YOU to the "PAWrents" of the featured dogs per month for their sponsorship and their time and patience in bringing their dogs for photo shoot with me. (Not east for you guys to wake up early in weekend for sure :) ) and your kindness in supporting this little charity project of mine for years. Seeing your dogs and mine grow old and some passing away (and now in Rainbow Bridge watching over us) is a bittersweet experience but surely worth-the-while.

Thank you again to Simon of Acumen Papers for sponsoring such nice quality paper for printing these calendars and to all the retail sponsors including Whiskas & Paws, MegaPets, Valley Vet, Veterinary Specialty Hospital, Ztore, Green Common, Classified, Gift Love, Brown's Tailor, Megan's Kitchen, Club String and Popular Books for letting the Calendars reached out to more people who love these four-legged friends.

I hope all of you will continue to support meaning charitable projects in addition to this little one of mine.

Wishing you all and your paw-paw family members a very happy and healthy Year of the Pig.
